This is our customizable advanced system designed to monitor and control operational facilities used to transfer and store petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel and jet fuel. The system involves the integration of hardware, software platforms, communication technologies and devices configured for a complete process monitoring and control.
Fuel Station Forecourt Automation
Our system is an integration of Automated Tank Gauge and Forecourt controller devices for monitoring and control. Managers and owners of fuel stations can have remote access to real-time data on fuel tank measurements and pump sales on their configured devices (phones and computers) . The system also generates detailed reports and automatically uploads them to a remote server to store them permanently.
Terminal / Tank Farm Automation
These are communicable devices and software platforms installed to provide real-time data on levels, volumes and temperature of products in storage tanks.
To prevent product loss and ensure industry standard compliance, this system is designed to manage, control and regulate the flow and transfer of products in and out of storage tanks, pipelines, oil vessels/tankers and tanker trucks.
This Inventory Management System is designed to monitor the quantity and quality of stored products in real-time. To optimize stock level, this system provides a comprehensive view and report on historical data and inventory level.
To ensure security and safety on operational facilities and grounds, this system ensures automatic procedures designed to detect and shutdown systems in any event of an anomaly. The system also controls access and unauthorized access on Terminal and Forecourt grounds.
We emphasize on Efficient Asset Management, Safety and Industry Regulatory Compliance when it comes to maintaining facilities of Tank Farms and Fuel Stations.
We conduct procedures like visual inspection, Non-destructive testing and othe advanced monitoring techniques by using equipment like Ultrasonic Thickness Guage to detect and address potential problems on storage tanks before they lead out significantly.
We employ prompt detective technologies such as Capacitane, Fibre optics and other sensors to detect leaks on storage tanks and implement immediate repairs response by welding, linings and coating and or patch repairs.
Our procedures and trained team have effective anit-corrosion combinations like protective coatings, cathodic protection and corrosion-resistant materials to significantly reduce the rist of corrosion on storage tanks.
Our calibration and testing procedure focuses on verifying and adjusting accurately the storage tank’s measurement system to reflect the actual volume of products in tanks. This is done through the use of automated guages and sensors to also prevent storage tanks overfills.
By adhering to safety protocols , we do both internal and external cleaning to prevent contamination and also extend the lifespan of the tanks and other facilities. We employ methods like Hydroblasting and CIP (Clean-In-Place) automated system for internal cleaning and for external cleaning, we do chemical cleaning and surface coating
We do proper design, installation and maintenance of pump piping system to ensure efficient fluid flow and transfer. By prioritising our clients needs, we upgrade tanks and other facilities to address capacity needs , enhance safety and ensure compliance to industry standards.
